Supports accounting and finance operations by reviewing transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, coordinating month-end close, communicating with clients, reviewing associates’ work, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The role also provides technical guidance, addresses accounting queries, promotes knowledge sharing, improves processes, and ensures accurate, timely, compliant financial records.

Own the full HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, culture building, HR operations, compliance, and HR metrics. The role establishes appraisal, KRA, career progression, and PIP systems; manages KEKA HRMS automation; oversees corporate support functions; and partners with founders and business leaders to build scalable people processes and a positive workplace culture.

Process daily client accounting transactions, reconcile debtor, creditor, and bank accounts, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Support analysts with transaction reviews, data analysis, compliance checks, reporting, and month-end close activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, team activities, professional development, and knowledge sharing while helping improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
