Perform barge and special-project repairs and fabrication: fit, fabricate, cut, weld, preheat, clamp and assemble parts; repair cracks and holes; instruct and train others in welding and safety; ensure compliance with safety rules and complete tasks on schedule.

Assist painters with surface preparation, mixing and applying industrial coatings (spraying, rolling, brushing), operating painting equipment, following safety procedures, supporting equipment setup and maintenance, performing quality checks, and maintaining housekeeping of paint areas. On-the-job training with classroom instruction toward Coating Technician progression.

Operate and maintain abrasive blasting equipment to prepare barge and equipment surfaces; perform surface preparation, clean and service blasting gear, use respirators and PPE, follow safety procedures, keep work areas orderly, and assist other departments. Must pass background, physical, and drug screen; work scheduled shifts with mandatory overtime and weekends as needed.

Manage facility administrative operations including greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, answering calls, scheduling pickups, tracking hours and wastewater expenses, creating and assigning purchase orders, monitoring accruals, and supporting operations and client account specialists to ensure smooth daily facility function.

Lead regional business development and consultative sales for non-hazardous industrial waste and environmental services. Build and manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, ensure smooth post-sale transitions, track pipeline using CRM, and travel as needed within Northern California.

Prepare and deliver accurate invoices, maintain physical and electronic billing records, support PO and portal processes, respond to client inquiries, assist month-end close and audits, and perform administrative duties to ensure timely accounts receivable operations.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: review, enter, upload, and reconcile invoices; generate purchase orders; schedule and process vendor payments; maintain records; produce monthly account analyses and reports; assist senior finance staff and improve payment processes.

Perform routine analytical testing and sample preparation on processed materials and waste streams (pH, flash point, GC/MS, ICP, metals, BTU, PCB, BS&W). Maintain instrumentation, calibrations, QC records, and laboratory data systems. Support Operations and QA/QC to verify blend quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize treatment processes while following safety and SOPs.

Inspect, sample, test, and document incoming waste to verify compliance with approved waste profiles and regulatory requirements. Maintain QA/QC equipment, identify non-conforming materials, support corrective actions, prepare reports, and collaborate with Operations to ensure safe, compliant waste handling and processing.

Provide administrative support to the Regional Client Solutions Supervisor by processing waste profiles, entering and maintaining pricing, managing change orders, retrieving manifests and invoices, preparing Certificates of Disposal, ordering supplies, handling shipping (Pitney Bowes), answering phones and visitors, coordinating meals and office upkeep, and supporting cross-departmental administrative needs. Full-time, on-site five days per week.

Drive regional business development for non-hazardous industrial waste services by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, leading consultative sales and contract negotiations, coordinating internal teams for service delivery, and tracking performance in CRM to ensure post-sale satisfaction and growth.

Provide timely technical support to end users across multi-site industrial operations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and access issues, document tickets, follow ITSM processes, support onboarding, maintain asset inventory, enforce security policies, perform routine updates and maintenance, and coordinate vendor escalation and cross-site support including occasional travel and after-hours coverage.
