The intern works with facility leadership and frontline teams to improve operational clarity, safety documentation, communication, and management alignment while gaining practical engineering experience.

Supports project planning, scheduling, documentation, resource allocation, quality objectives, and budget adherence. The intern gains practical experience through project-related assignments, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced professionals while contributing to company goals.

Supports operational efficiency by analyzing waste, facility, and transportation data; identifying process bottlenecks; creating workflow maps, user guides, KPI dashboards, and leadership reports; and collaborating with finance, IT, and project management teams on process improvements and system testing.

Processes accurate and timely client invoices, researches and resolves billing discrepancies, reviews general ledger coding, prepares month-end reports, and occasionally posts journal entries. The specialist also improves billing software processes, responds to client inquiries, maintains financial data confidentiality, and collaborates professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Drive regional business development for non-hazardous industrial waste services by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, leading consultative sales and contract negotiations, coordinating internal teams for service delivery, and tracking performance in CRM to ensure post-sale satisfaction and growth.
