Develop and maintain modern, data-driven full-stack .NET web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance improvements, source control, documentation, and solution design. The role collaborates with internal customers, supports process improvements, and follows software development standards.

Manage facility administrative operations including greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, answering calls, scheduling pickups, tracking hours and wastewater expenses, creating and assigning purchase orders, monitoring accruals, and supporting operations and client account specialists to ensure smooth daily facility function.

Assists the Technical Services Manager with chemical waste profiling and daily department operations. Classifies chemicals by hazardous characteristics, researches MSDS and chemical data, segregates inventories, prepares facility profiles, obtains approvals, updates job orders, enters information into databases, communicates with customers, and supports field-service lab packaging.

Support site operations and finance functions at a Mauldin facility. Assist AR/AP, maintain operational systems and workflows, interface with truck drivers and inbound receipts, ensure compliance and facility needs, analyze and improve processes, and communicate customer issues to operations. Report to the Operations Supervisor and help promote safety, organization, and high employee morale.

Perform routine analytical testing and sample preparation for environmental wastes, ensure QA/QC for inbound/outbound wastes, maintain Access databases, perform and document instrument calibrations (pH meter, scales, GC, GC/MS, ICP, microcoulometer, calorimeter, flash point), complete proficiency tests, print and report analyses, and maintain a clean, safe lab workspace.

Lead regional business development and consultative sales for non-hazardous industrial waste and environmental services. Build and manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, ensure smooth post-sale transitions, track pipeline using CRM, and travel as needed within Northern California.

Prepare and deliver accurate invoices, maintain physical and electronic billing records, support PO and portal processes, respond to client inquiries, assist month-end close and audits, and perform administrative duties to ensure timely accounts receivable operations.

Perform routine analytical testing and sample preparation on processed materials and waste streams (pH, flash point, GC/MS, ICP, metals, BTU, PCB, BS&W). Maintain instrumentation, calibrations, QC records, and laboratory data systems. Support Operations and QA/QC to verify blend quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize treatment processes while following safety and SOPs.

Inspect, sample, test, and document incoming waste to verify compliance with approved waste profiles and regulatory requirements. Maintain QA/QC equipment, identify non-conforming materials, support corrective actions, prepare reports, and collaborate with Operations to ensure safe, compliant waste handling and processing.

Lead and develop the West Coast Client Solutions team; oversee client setup, waste profiling and pricing, RFPs, vendor sourcing, daily client/operational support, and systems/process improvements including Acumatica and Digital Waste migrations.

Drive regional business development for non-hazardous industrial waste services by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, leading consultative sales and contract negotiations, coordinating internal teams for service delivery, and tracking performance in CRM to ensure post-sale satisfaction and growth.

Perform barge and special-project repairs and fabrication: fit, fabricate, cut, weld, preheat, clamp and assemble parts; repair cracks and holes; instruct and train others in welding and safety; ensure compliance with safety rules and complete tasks on schedule.

Assist painters with surface preparation, mixing and applying industrial coatings (spraying, rolling, brushing), operating painting equipment, following safety procedures, supporting equipment setup and maintenance, performing quality checks, and maintaining housekeeping of paint areas. On-the-job training with classroom instruction toward Coating Technician progression.

Operate and maintain abrasive blasting equipment to prepare barge and equipment surfaces; perform surface preparation, clean and service blasting gear, use respirators and PPE, follow safety procedures, keep work areas orderly, and assist other departments. Must pass background, physical, and drug screen; work scheduled shifts with mandatory overtime and weekends as needed.
