Supervise daily shredding and solidification operations for non-hazardous waste processing. Lead production personnel, enforce safety and environmental compliance, manage schedules and workflows, oversee material handling and shipments, monitor equipment and maintenance, maintain records, and drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. The role also supports facility startup by establishing SOPs, building teams, commissioning equipment, and implementing operational accountability systems.

Support the Total Rewards team while rotating across HR functions, including learning and leadership development, talent acquisition, regional HR business partnerships, and executive people operations. Participate in field visits, team events, learning activities, and development experiences while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations, strategy, and business partnership.

Accounting Interns support financial statement preparation, data entry, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly closing processes. The internship includes structured training, technical projects, mentorship, and professional development while working with experienced professionals.
