Supports the sales team by identifying, qualifying, and generating opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting. Responsibilities include calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, handling marketing-generated leads, booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, account mapping, CRM maintenance in HubSpot, and improving prospecting processes. The role targets 4–6 qualified meetings weekly and offers development toward a future BDR or Account Executive position.

Own the finance function end to end, including five-day monthly close, cash management, financial reporting, rolling forecasts, contract-level profitability analysis, and fundraising readiness. Build automated reporting from inventory and CRM data, manage accounting and FP&A teams, assess supplier and client contracts, and provide scenario analysis to support leadership decisions during scale-up growth.

Build and operate backend services across edge devices and cloud systems for video traffic enforcement and ANPR products. Responsibilities include camera and VMS integrations, local storage, event-driven APIs and workers, fleet orchestration, resilient synchronization, deployment, monitoring, incident response, architecture, testing, and production hardening. The role owns significant backend areas, collaborates on technical and legal requirements, and helps establish engineering quality standards.
