As a Business Operations Manager, you will optimize operational workflows, implement AI solutions, and contribute to ERP deployment and performance measurement, ensuring scalable team operations.

Lead the development and implementation of hardware quality plans, processes, and test plans. Manage supplier quality control and ensure compliance with certifications.

Lead product strategy and operating model across Hardware, AI, and two SaaS verticals. Build and scale empowered product teams, recruit and coach PMs and designers, drive discovery and outcome ownership, align squads to company objectives, and partner with CTPO and engineering leadership to deliver product impact while scaling the organization.
