Lead and manage Vizance's claims function, supervise and mentor staff, provide technical claims guidance, onboard clients, advocate for clients, coordinate with carriers, run claims training, participate in business development, and generate and analyze MOD Master reports to improve outcomes.

Sell commercial insurance to business clients through prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. Collaborate with service teams for implementation, follow up with clients, and grow accounts. Participate in training, obtain required insurance license, and pursue sales targets and shareholder opportunities.

Design, build, and support AI-driven workflows, system integrations, and data pipelines. Analyze business data, develop dashboards and reports, prototype and deploy solutions, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate technology decisions across teams while ensuring scalability, data integrity, and governance.
