Manage the luxury inventory lifecycle, including receiving, tagging, tracking, inspection, cleaning, packing, and shipping products. Identify damage or missing components, coordinate repairs and issue resolution, maintain RFID bag records, escalate order and fraud concerns, and keep operations organized while supporting a high-quality member experience.

Three-month, in-person internship supporting Vivrelle’s showroom, packaging, inventory, operations, and marketing teams. Responsibilities include organizing the showroom and packaging areas, preparing orders, performing quality-control checks, monitoring inventory, improving workflows, completing administrative tasks, and creating social media content. Interns collaborate across teams while developing logistics, customer service, social media, and operational skills. The role requires 20–25 hours weekly in New York City, Monday through Friday, alongside undergraduate studies.
