Supports consumer packaged goods category growth through syndicated data analysis, consumer research, competitive intelligence, portfolio management, SKU optimization, innovation planning, product claims, and customer presentations. Provide full-cycle HR support for an operations facility: recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, HRIS/timekeeping administration, new-hire orientation, and coordination of pre-employment screenings and staffing across site locations.

Serve as HR business partner to operations for a ~600-employee facility. Validate and collect outstanding customer debts, research and dispute deductions, issue credit/debit notes, apply cash payments, maintain SAP records, and prepare AR aging and summary reports to identify delinquent accounts.

Lead plant financial accounting and reporting for the Tennessee location: manage period-end close, forecasts, budgets, cost and variance analysis, capital project tracking, and support external audits. Supervise staff, enforce purchasing and capital policies, and provide management with timely financial reports and recommendations to improve cost control and yields.

Lead site Quality Assurance for a regulated contract manufacturing environment. Own quality systems (deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, batch record review), make final disposition decisions, ensure cGMP (21 CFR 210/211) compliance and inspection readiness, support regulatory and customer audits, oversee validation and risk-based investigations, and manage and develop QA personnel to drive continuous improvement.

SAP Architect responsible for FI/CO and Product Costing solution design, configuration, and support across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. Lead integrations (MM/PP/SD), period-end costing, GL/subledger processes, and SAP security (role design, SoD, audit).
