Coordinate and manage pre-sales activities, new-business awards, and customer item setup across accounts. Maintain and repair plant electrical and electronic manufacturing equipment, ensure NEC compliance, perform scheduled PMs, diagnose and test circuits, install wiring and control systems, read blueprints, troubleshoot PLC issues, fabricate parts, manage records, and share on-call electrical coverage.

Own and administer SIEM/MDR/XDR, EDR, and identity controls; run threat detection, incident response, and monitoring for Azure/Microsoft 365. Maintains an HR presence across manufacturing shifts and recommends improvements to personnel policies and processes.

Supports consumer packaged goods category growth through syndicated data analysis, consumer research, competitive intelligence, portfolio management, SKU optimization, innovation planning, product claims, and customer presentations. Partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, Packaging, and Sourcing teams to develop selling materials, category recommendations, new product concepts, market assessments, and commercialization support. Maintains category documentation, competitive tracking, research outputs, and innovation pipelines while managing multiple priorities.

Provide full-cycle HR support for an operations facility: recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, HRIS/timekeeping administration, new-hire orientation, and coordination of pre-employment screenings and staffing across site locations.

Serve as HR business partner to operations for a ~600-employee facility. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations investigations, compliance, change management, succession planning, HR program rollout, and support HR lifecycle services (FMLA, 401k, LOA, ESOP). Coach leaders, analyze workforce metrics, and drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Validate and collect outstanding customer debts, research and dispute deductions, issue credit/debit notes, apply cash payments, maintain SAP records, and prepare AR aging and summary reports to identify delinquent accounts.

Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy across multiple sites, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, AI-enabled analytics, automation, and standardization. Oversee CI projects, KPI alignment, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, productivity, cost, and service.

Manage Walmart national account: present products, grow distribution, forecast sales, resolve customer issues, coordinate pricing/logistics, run on-site visits and trade shows, supervise team activities, and use POS and syndicated data for analytics and decision-making.

Executive leader accountable for R&D, QA/QC, regulatory, and technical project leadership to drive innovation, commercialization, and lab service scale-up. Owns stage-gate governance, quality/compliance (cGMP, FDA), portfolio KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional execution to deliver regulated consumer products and technical services.

Create and maintain compounding and finished-goods production schedules using SAP, Excel, MRP and BI reports. Coordinate with Compounding, Material Planning, Operations, Customer Service and Sales Support to balance inventory, level-load lines, support S&OP, maintain BOM accuracy, schedule rework, support OEE/Lean initiatives, and update schedules as needed including off-hours.

Maintain accurate inventory placement and bin utilization to support efficient warehouse operations. Ensure >=99% bin accuracy, zone compliance, proper labeling, and safe storage. Perform slotting, re-slotting, damage reporting, housekeeping, and follow SOPs while using WMS (SAP) and material handling equipment. Support continuous improvement and document bin changes.
