Supervises day-to-day QC microbiology laboratory operations and product release activities for OTC manufacturing. Oversees testing, method development and validation, OOS and deviation investigations, NCRs, GMP/GLP compliance, equipment calibration, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Leads, trains, and evaluates microbiology staff while coordinating cross-functional quality initiatives and ensuring raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods meet release requirements.

Lead enterprise IT security and support OT security initiatives. Own and administer SIEM/MDR/XDR, EDR, and identity controls; run threat detection, incident response, and monitoring for Azure/Microsoft 365. Drive cybersecurity roadmap projects, perform risk/vulnerability assessments and audits, and advise IT leadership. Partner with Engineering and Automation on OT segmentation, secure remote/vendor access, and OT incident response. Mentor team members and coordinate external security providers.

Manages employee relations, compensation, leave, workers’ compensation, staffing, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and employment-law compliance. Advises employees and management on HR policies, complaints, discipline, and workplace issues while supervising HR Generalists and Specialists. Oversees job evaluations, descriptions, wage surveys, merit increases, and employee morale initiatives. Maintains an HR presence across manufacturing shifts and recommends improvements to personnel policies and processes.

Provide full-cycle HR support for an operations facility: recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, HRIS/timekeeping administration, new-hire orientation, and coordination of pre-employment screenings and staffing across site locations.

Serve as HR business partner to operations for a ~600-employee facility. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations investigations, compliance, change management, succession planning, HR program rollout, and support HR lifecycle services (FMLA, 401k, LOA, ESOP). Coach leaders, analyze workforce metrics, and drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Manage R&D personnel and projects to develop, reformulate, optimize personal care product formulas; coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure specifications, regulatory compliance, cost and timeline targets, and support analytical and supplier interactions.

Lead brand development and commercialization for a personal care product portfolio. Own go-to-market, retailer launches, NPD stage-gate, category P&L, POS forecasting, and marketplace/ecommerce management. Manage two direct reports, drive consumer research and insights, oversee digital and content marketing, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow revenue and improve cost efficiency.

Maintain accurate inventory placement and bin utilization to support efficient warehouse operations. Ensure >=99% bin accuracy, zone compliance, proper labeling, and safe storage. Perform slotting, re-slotting, damage reporting, housekeeping, and follow SOPs while using WMS (SAP) and material handling equipment. Support continuous improvement and document bin changes.
