Manage QA documentation and customer specifications, respond to technical/quality questionnaires, support inspections at the distribution center, review records for investigations, track QA master data, and complete quality-related reports and projects assigned by QA leadership.

Support supplier quality admin (audits, risk evaluations, quality agreements), manage eDMS workflows, troubleshoot system issues, monitor lab/customer portals, and produce reports and metrics. Serve as SME for Target auditing processes and provide customer-facing communications and off-site inspection support.

Lead site-level quality system execution ensuring regulatory and customer compliance. Oversee CAPA, deviations, change control, complaint handling, audits, contract manufacturing compliance, QA metrics, and manage QA/QC/Quality Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and inspection readiness.

Lead and grow the Walmart account by setting customer strategy, driving profitable growth, managing account managers, aligning cross-functional teams, improving in-stock and replenishment, and translating sales plans into execution and forecasting.

Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy across multiple sites, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, AI-enabled analytics, automation, and standardization.
