Supports consumer packaged goods category growth through syndicated data analysis, consumer research, competitive intelligence, portfolio management, SKU optimization, innovation planning, product claims, and customer presentations. Partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, Packaging, and Sourcing teams to develop selling materials, category recommendations, new product concepts, market assessments, and commercialization support. Maintains category documentation, competitive tracking, research outputs, and innovation pipelines while managing multiple priorities.

Process weekly hourly payroll accurately and timely: validate employee records, audit timecards, apply attendance rules, manage garnishments and deductions, respond to employee/payroll inquiries, assist with accruals, audits, and special projects.

Provide full-cycle HR support for an operations facility: recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, HRIS/timekeeping administration, new-hire orientation, and coordination of pre-employment screenings and staffing across site locations.
