Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure FDA/GMP compliance. Manage Process Variance Reports and Annual Product Reviews, investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and CAPAs, run FMEA/HAZOP and statistical process analysis, create/modify SOPs, assist training, and recommend process improvements for manufacturing and distribution sites.

Develop and maintain GMP-compliant quality systems for manufacturing and distribution. Manage Process Variance Reports, Annual Product Reviews, customer complaint investigations, CAPAs, FMEA/HAZOP, SOPs, and statistical process analysis to ensure FDA compliance and continuous improvement.

Manage QA documentation and customer specifications, respond to technical/quality questionnaires, support inspections at the distribution center, review records for investigations, track QA master data, and complete quality-related reports and projects assigned by QA leadership.
