Support quality assurance by responding to technical spec requests, updating customer specifications, coordinating quality information, conducting DC target inspections, reviewing records for investigations, and completing assigned QA projects and reports.

Perform laboratory analyses (wet chemistry, GC, HPLC) on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; prepare samples; maintain GMP-compliant documentation; investigate and resolve OOS/OOT and customer complaints; approve/reject materials; use LIMS and QC systems; follow safety/PPE protocols; communicate with production and complete required training.

Lead daily operations of 15–30 machine operators across manufacturing value streams, ensuring safety, quality (cGMP), productivity (OEE), on-time schedules, and cost targets. Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse; manage reports, payroll/timekeeping, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
