The Billing Specialist manages healthcare revenue-cycle activities for designated clinics and departments. Responsibilities include reviewing records and assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes, processing charges and claims in EPIC Resolute, posting payments, following up on accounts receivable, resolving denials and appeals, preparing billing reports, and supporting credentialing and fee schedule projects. The role requires accurate, compliant work, payer coordination, patient support, and collaboration with clinic and revenue-cycle teams.

Provides comprehensive case management to healthcare clients, including medical and psychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, service coordination, eligibility verification, community resource referrals, advocacy, crisis intervention, documentation, and health education. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes for people living with HIV and assists other clinic service lines as needed.

Provides comprehensive case management for healthcare clients, including medical and psychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, service coordination, eligibility documentation, community resource access, advocacy, crisis intervention, health education, and accurate regulatory documentation. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams and supports additional clinic service lines as needed.

Provides patient-centered outpatient nursing care for patients living with or at risk for HIV. Conducts assessments, administers medications and injections, performs clinical procedures, documents in EHRs, educates patients, triages needs, coordinates referrals, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports clinic operations, contributes to quality improvement, and participates in research and continuing education.

Provide client-centered enrollment and benefits assistance for people with HIV/AIDS, coordinating insurance outreach, ACA/Marketplace enrollment, staff training, documentation in EPIC/Provide Enterprise, referrals to case management, and monitoring policy changes to ensure access to care.

Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy within an interdisciplinary behavioral health clinic. Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, discharge and follow-up; treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders; participate in administrative, billing, and program duties; coordinate care with community providers; attend supervision and trainings; may provide on-call/after-hours services and pursue additional required certifications or training.

Provide comprehensive case management for clients receiving HIV care at non-Vivent clinics: assess needs, create care plans, coordinate medical and social services, deliver crisis intervention, document activities, advocate for clients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
