Manage day-to-day client relationships from implementation through outcomes for ANZ customers. Own onboarding, triage inbound queries, track client goals, run demos and reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to ensure satisfaction, engagement, renewals, and growth.

Lead US territory sales to local, state and federal government agencies for an AI-driven transport analytics platform. Source and close pilots and deployments, manage pipeline and forecasting, deliver demos/RFP responses, represent the company at events, and feed market insights to product and leadership to scale city rollouts.

Develop and maintain DeepStream/GStreamer-based edge computer vision pipelines for real-time traffic sensors. Improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of deployed models, debug production issues, collaborate with researchers and hardware engineers, and support cross-team initiatives like self-learning algorithms and dataset tooling.

Lead US sales into local governments and agencies, generating new business and pilots that scale to large deployments. Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, run demos/RFP responses, represent Viva at events, and feed market insights to product and strategy teams. Work closely with CEO and international teams to close deals.

Develop, maintain and optimise DeepStream and GStreamer-based edge computer vision pipelines for real-time inference on NVIDIA Jetson platforms. Improve performance, accuracy and efficiency under edge constraints, collaborate with researchers and hardware engineers, support deployments, debug production issues, and contribute to cross-team initiatives like self-learning and dataset tooling.
