Responsible for legal entity accounting across Northern Europe, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, cash management, compliance, tax accounting, and auditor support. This is an onsite position in Gothenburg requiring fluency in Swedish and English.

Manage and grow sales within North France territory for Vitrolife IVF products. Build relationships with clinic stakeholders, achieve sales targets, execute strategic plans, conduct customer visits and trainings, maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams, and resolve client issues to drive partnerships and sales.

Lead end-to-end new product introduction projects in Genetics, coordinating cross-functional, multinational teams from concept through regulatory submission and commercial launch. Manage budgets, timelines, risks, governance and stakeholder reporting using stage-gate methodologies, PPM tools and Power BI, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks (IVDR/MDR, FDA) and business objectives across multi-site operations.

Perform specimen processing and high-complexity molecular tests (RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis), register samples, document results and non-conformities, follow CLIA/CAP protocols, and support continuous laboratory operations including flexible shifts.

Lead strategy, marketing, and lifecycle management for IVF capital equipment. Conduct market analysis, create content and campaigns, enable sales, gather customer insights, drive product launches, and monitor portfolio performance to improve clinic workflows and clinical outcomes.

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for a laboratory digital product. Translate strategy into prioritized user stories, ensure compliance and data integrity, accept delivered work, and align stakeholders. Use data and feedback to drive improvements while collaborating with lab scientists, QA/compliance, data teams, and IT.

Lead regional marketing for IVF genetic testing products and services, developing strategy, messaging, content, product launches, commercial enablement, and clinical engagement to drive demand and revenue while partnering with sales, clinical scientists, and genetic counselors.

Manage order fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, and carrier coordination for clinical supplies and collection kits. Prepare shipping documentation, maintain inventory records in Salesforce and Navision, resolve shipment issues, support reverse logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Lead enterprise architecture to enable domain-based product teams, owning canonical domain/data models, architecture decision records, AI governance, and regulatory/compliance inputs (SaMD, IEC 62304, MDR/IVDR). Drive platform engineering, Team Topologies, Terraform/Azure landing zones, and CI/CD best practices to ensure auditable, secure, and autonomous delivery pipelines.

Receive, inspect, and register laboratory specimens and consumables; maintain sample receiving area; enter and proof client data; document non-conformities and corrective actions; assemble kit components; assist laboratory technologists and provide administrative support.

Support modernization of legacy Azure environments by converting manual setups into Terraform-based, automated offerings. Embed with product teams to adopt modules, pipelines, landing zone standards, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Clean up tagging, RBAC, policy alignment, subscription hygiene, reduce drift, and contribute to modules, documentation, and automated platform guardrails.

Design, maintain, and govern Azure landing zones, management groups, policies, and RBAC. Build reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to enable self-service provisioning. Translate compliance frameworks into policy-as-code and automated guardrails while collaborating with network security and virtualization teams and providing reference architectures and guidance.
