Leads the aftersales organization across the Americas, managing field service and HelpDesk engineers, distributor relationships, technical escalations, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational improvement. The role includes coaching geographically dispersed teams, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting implementation and training initiatives, and providing hands-on technical assistance at customer sites. Regular travel throughout North and South America is required.

Translate user needs and complex workflows into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, product owners, developers, domain experts, and users; develop Figma design systems; facilitate design processes; and contribute to consistent UX practices across products.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for an EMR and API integration product. Define requirements, prioritize delivery, validate functionality, and collaborate with fertility clinics, EMR providers, developers, architects, and internal process owners. Improve API onboarding, documentation, reliability, security, data quality, adoption, and operational efficiency while scaling the product from MVP to a reusable offering.

Responsible for legal entity accounting across Northern Europe, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, cash management, compliance, tax accounting, and auditor support. The role also leads process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with regional finance teams, advisors, and authorities. This is an onsite position in Gothenburg requiring fluency in Swedish and English.

Develop and own robust .NET APIs, including architecture, contracts, versioning, security, testing, observability, and operational readiness. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Platform teams; maintain CI/CD and DevOps pipelines; contribute to agile planning; mentor peers; mitigate technical risks and debt; and support incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Lead the technical direction and architecture for the Customer Success domain. Design scalable solutions, break features into technical tasks, lead sprint planning and refinement, establish CI/CD and operational practices, collaborate with platform and security teams, mentor engineers, manage technical risks and debt, and support incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Manage order fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, and carrier coordination for clinical supplies and collection kits. Prepare shipping documentation, maintain inventory records in Salesforce and Navision, resolve shipment issues, support reverse logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Support modernization of legacy Azure environments by converting manual setups into Terraform-based, automated offerings. Embed with product teams to adopt modules, pipelines, landing zone standards, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Clean up tagging, RBAC, policy alignment, subscription hygiene, reduce drift, and contribute to modules, documentation, and automated platform guardrails.

Design, maintain, and govern Azure landing zones, management groups, policies, and RBAC. Build reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to enable self-service provisioning. Translate compliance frameworks into policy-as-code and automated guardrails while collaborating with network security and virtualization teams and providing reference architectures and guidance.

Design, implement, and own .NET-based APIs (REST/gRPC); define contracts, versioning, security, and observability; maintain CI/CD and DevOps pipelines; collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams; ensure testing, incident response, and API operational readiness.
