Own UX/UI design for IVF-related digital products, from feature exploration through implementation. Translate user needs and complex workflows into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Lead end-to-end new product introduction projects in Genetics, coordinating cross-functional, multinational teams from concept through regulatory submission and commercial launch. Manage budgets, timelines, risks, governance and stakeholder reporting using stage-gate methodologies, PPM tools and Power BI, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks (IVDR/MDR, FDA) and business objectives across multi-site operations.

Drive platform engineering, Team Topologies, Terraform/Azure landing zones, and CI/CD best practices to ensure auditable, secure, and autonomous delivery pipelines.

Receive, inspect, and register laboratory specimens and consumables; maintain sample receiving area; enter and proof client data; document non-conformities and corrective actions; assemble kit components; assist laboratory technologists and provide administrative support.
