The role includes infrastructure cleanup, tagging, RBAC and policy alignment, drift reduction, GitHub Actions troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with network security, virtualization, and Azure Virtual Desktop specialists. It is designed for an early-career cloud professional developing platform engineering expertise.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, and adoption of Vitrolife’s EMR and API integration product. Partner with fertility clinics, EMR providers, developers, business process owners, and architects to define requirements, prioritize features, validate outcomes, and ensure reliable, secure, scalable integrations. Drive onboarding, API documentation, monitoring, versioning, operational readiness, data quality, and continuous improvement while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, risk, and business value.

Lead the technical direction and architecture for the Customer Success domain. Design scalable solutions, break features into technical tasks, guide sprint planning, establish CI/CD and operational practices, manage technical risks and debt, support incident resolution, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, platform, security, and enterprise architecture teams to balance delivery priorities with long-term technical health, maintainability, quality, and security.
