Responsible for legal entity accounting across Northern Europe, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, cash management, compliance, tax accounting, and auditor support. The role also leads process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with regional finance teams, advisors, and authorities. This is an onsite position in Gothenburg requiring fluency in Swedish and English.

Lead and develop the North Europe accounting team while overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include statutory accounts, tax and VAT compliance, audit coordination, adherence to Swedish GAAP and international standards, monthly reporting, and process digitalization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on accounting and reports to the Head of Global Finance Operations in an onsite Gothenburg position.

Receive, register, document, and track patient samples accurately and compliantly. Provide customer and administrative support, maintain laboratory records, enter client data, proofread documentation, identify issues affecting test performance, and document corrective actions. The role supports laboratory operations and quality standards in a fertility and genetic services environment.
