Develops, implements, troubleshoots, and improves PLC-based automation and process-control systems in a 24/7 glass manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include controls programming, equipment integration, commissioning, process improvement, vendor coordination, capital projects, technical documentation, training, and supervision of instrumentation technicians. Provides on-call technical support for critical plant systems and helps improve reliability, safety, quality, yield, and production efficiency.

Handles accounts payable invoice processing, accounts receivable payments and collections, payroll administration in Dayforce, journal entries, cash management, reconciliations, month-end support, expense reports, and administrative file maintenance. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounting and administrative tasks. Accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Leads enterprise supply chain planning across manufacturing, aftermarket, and OEM business segments. Establishes sales and operations planning, optimizes capacity and sourcing, manages inventories and service levels, develops materials management practices, forecasts demand, and tracks KPIs. Partners with commercial, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and long-term capacity plans while developing managers and maintaining accountability.

Manages and improves manufacturing processes for an automotive glass furnace line. Responsibilities include production layout and sequencing, equipment adaptation, root cause analysis, cost reduction, safety improvements, standard work documentation, troubleshooting, and capital project justification. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Leads plant quality initiatives for automotive glass production, including process control, quality data analysis, documentation, customer support, field complaint investigations, audits, certification testing, and product compliance. The role develops quality objectives and control systems, evaluates production quality against specifications, supports problem-solving and improvement efforts, and makes final product conformity decisions. It also collaborates closely with plant leadership, production teams, customers, and quality personnel.

Lead technology development for next-generation glass manufacturing by designing advanced process control solutions, developing first-principles, system identification, data-driven, and machine learning models, and applying AI and advanced analytics to process monitoring, prediction, control, and optimization. Communicate technical findings through reports, presentations, and publications, and travel 10–15% to support project launches and execution.

Provides daily hardware and software support for employees across office, manufacturing, and remote environments. Troubleshoots workstations, laptops, printers, networking, voice services, and other IT equipment; tracks incidents and requests; supports traveling users; and coordinates infrastructure and application projects with Corporate IT. Ensures local security, backups, licensing, standards compliance, documentation, budgeting, and effective communication of technology changes. Requires independent work, strong customer service, and 24x7 emergency on-call availability.
