Supervise manufacturing shift associates, assign work, maintain staffing, and ensure production, safety, quality, cost, and efficiency goals are achieved. Train and develop employees, address conflicts and performance issues, monitor production and downtime metrics, lead emergency response, support continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions for audits and process issues. Coordinate with maintenance, shipping, and plant management while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves laboratory and plant equipment supporting glass product and process development. Performs sample preparation and testing, documents and interprets data, manages spare parts and vendors, and supports equipment-control software. Leads internal process and product improvement projects while connecting R&D technologies with manufacturing implementation. Requires strong mechanical or electrical skills, laboratory experience, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Production Associates manufacture architectural glass products in a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities require working rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime while following safety procedures. Candidates must pass background checks, drug screening, and physical abilities testing; perform repetitive lifting and material handling up to 50 pounds; and stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and communicate effectively. Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required, with high school education or GED preferred.
