Supervise plant production by leading pre-shift meetings, assigning trained staff, enforcing safety/quality/production standards, auditing 5S, managing payroll/time-off and work orders, coaching and developing team members, and recommending process improvements.

Design and implement production process modifications and engineering projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Develop project plans, cost controls, and vendor specifications. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures. Use continuous improvement tools (QIP, SPC, Six Sigma) and CAD where applicable. Troubleshoot mechanical problems, manage projects to timelines, and communicate with operators, management, and vendors. Emphasize safety, health, and environmental controls on the plant floor and in the office.

Supervise hourly production staff on 12-hour shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Lead daily pre-shift meetings, assign trained personnel, conduct 5S audits, complete payroll/time-off approvals, enter work orders, coach and develop team members, and recommend process improvements.
