The Deployment Strategist will manage on-site operations within hospitals, leading rollouts and ensuring organizational change while demonstrating ROI to executives and bridging communication with product teams.

Owns the decision engine powering hospital staffing recommendations, alerts, and workflows. Designs systems balancing staffing rules, hospital policies, patient needs, and operational constraints. Builds explainable software that enables clinical leaders to trust, validate, or override recommendations. Collaborates with product, design, engineering, and healthcare customers to solve complex problems and improve automation using feedback, production data, and outcomes.
