Teams at Vitalize

Lead product design for complex, AI-powered healthcare workflows used by staffing teams, managers, and clinicians. Establish Vitalize’s AI-first design process, design system, and quality standards; shape product direction with Product and Engineering leadership; conduct hospital research; turn operational complexity into intuitive experiences; and mentor designers. The role requires hands-on ownership from discovery through launch, strategic influence, customer engagement, and expertise designing trustworthy AI recommendations and actions.

Build and evolve Vitalize’s brand across voice, creative direction, campaigns, events, executive presence, and external experiences. Develop brand systems and guidelines, create memorable campaigns for healthcare leaders, partner with founders and creative teams, and measure awareness, recognition, and engagement. This hands-on role requires strong storytelling, creative judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build a distinctive brand from scratch while connecting brand efforts to business outcomes.

Build Vitalize’s demand generation engine from the ground up, creating qualified pipeline among enterprise health systems. Own campaigns across email, paid media, events, webinars, content, and account-based marketing; manage budgets; partner with Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing; measure funnel performance and ROI; experiment with channels and messaging; and establish scalable growth systems, processes, and playbooks.
