Build and evolve Vitalize’s brand across voice, creative direction, campaigns, events, executive presence, and external experiences. Develop brand systems and guidelines, create memorable campaigns for healthcare leaders, partner with founders and creative teams, and measure awareness, recognition, and engagement. This hands-on role requires strong storytelling, creative judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build a distinctive brand from scratch while connecting brand efforts to business outcomes.

Own Vitalize’s product positioning, messaging, market understanding, product launches, sales enablement, and customer value proof. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex healthcare workforce and capacity solutions into compelling narratives. Research customers, competitors, and market dynamics; feed insights into product priorities; and measure the impact of messaging, launches, and enablement. This hands-on role requires strong writing, analytical thinking, customer curiosity, and comfort building processes from scratch.

Build Vitalize’s demand generation engine from the ground up, creating qualified pipeline among enterprise health systems. Own campaigns across email, paid media, events, webinars, content, and account-based marketing; manage budgets; partner with Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing; measure funnel performance and ROI; experiment with channels and messaging; and establish scalable growth systems, processes, and playbooks.
