Drive improvements to CSAT, first response times, resolution rates, SLA compliance, documentation, self-service, support tooling, and AI-augmented support operations. Identify root causes, prevent recurring issues, and translate customer feedback into product and process improvements.

Own the integrations and configuration product roadmap for hospital implementations. Build scalable tooling that reduces deployment manual work, accelerates customer time-to-live, and converts union rules and regulations into configurable, testable product requirements. Partner closely with engineering, deployments, GTM, and customers, including onsite implementation visits, while prioritizing reusable solutions over one-off customizations.

Build Vitalize's technical hiring function from scratch, full-cycle recruit engineering, product, and design roles. Partner with leaders, source and close top-tier talent, design interview processes, attend engineering/product meetings and customer sites, and continuously improve recruiting systems and employer brand to raise the technical hiring bar.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll develop the internal platform for deploying health systems, reducing manual configuration and enabling self-service setups to enhance deployment efficiency.

You will manage executive relationships with key enterprise customers, focusing on ROI, renewals, and expansions while also building a scalable customer health system.
