Oversees hospice clinical operations, patient care services, interdisciplinary teams, staff performance, regulatory compliance, documentation, quality improvement, and operational metrics. Supervises clinical staff, leads IDT meetings, supports education and training, conducts facility visits, and ensures compliant, patient-centered end-of-life care. Requires an active New Jersey RN license, hospice or home health experience, clinical leadership experience, regulatory knowledge, and reliable transportation.

Provide strategic clinical leadership for hospice operations, ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and New Jersey rules, manage staffing and budgets, lead interdisciplinary teams, oversee quality improvement and survey readiness, and serve as Nursing Supervisor and administrator on-call to ensure high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care.
