Deliver and support healthcare system integrations across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, interface development, testing, deployment, go-live, documentation, and operational handover. Develop healthcare interfaces using Mirth Connect and standards such as HL7 v2, REST, JSON, and XML. Diagnose integration issues using logs, code, databases, APIs, and configuration. Collaborate with customers, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to reusable integration patterns, code-first practices, peer reviews, and support activities.

Supports clinical guideline development and management within MedCurrent, including client implementation, content quality assurance, order and data mapping, analytics, clinical software testing, product demonstrations, education materials, and content strategy. The role collaborates with clients, content partners, Product, Services, and Product Ownership teams to improve clinical decision support workflows and clinician experience.

Drive U.S. sales to meet revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a multi-state territory, building pipeline, coordinating campaigns, reporting on progress, and collaborating with the U.S. team to improve processes.

Lead global L1-L3, 24x5/24x7 support teams to own customer experience, SLAs, escalations, and KPIs. Drive workforce planning, ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and cross-functional collaboration to improve availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate customer and business needs into requirements, and drive software releases from planning through delivery. The Product Owner collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and healthcare clients. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk and dependency management, product documentation, customer advocacy, demonstrations, onboarding support, and continuous product improvement for healthcare software solutions.

Lead and mentor software engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable products. Own delivery outcomes, set technical vision, improve processes (Agile/DevOps/CI-CD), recruit and develop talent, collaborate with product and leadership, and provide hands-on technical support when needed.
