Coordinate internal teams and vendors, create project plans, track budgets/hours, manage risks, report status, and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Support Senior PM with financials in NetSuite and Ruddr, implement lessons learned, and maintain project documentation.

Drive U.S. sales to meet revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a multi-state territory, building pipeline, coordinating campaigns, reporting on progress, and collaborating with the U.S. team to improve processes.

Generate leads and close deals for VitalHub UK solutions across national, regional, ICBs, trusts and private healthcare. Build senior relationships, manage pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue, coordinate internal teams, contribute to strategy, deputise for Sales Director, and support marketing and solution development.

Design and script performance test scenarios, execute load tests, analyze results, and integrate tests into CI/CD. Collaborate with QA and development, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior performance engineers on testing practices and tooling.

Lead global L1-L3, 24x5/24x7 support teams to own customer experience, SLAs, escalations, and KPIs. Drive workforce planning, ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and cross-functional collaboration to improve availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
