Supports staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, KPI performance, budgeting, care coordination, documentation, and patient experience. Coaches Branch Administrators and Directors, reviews performance data, drives corrective actions, collaborates with clinical leaders, and routinely visits branch locations. Requires strong home health leadership experience, regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and preferably an active RN license.
