Drives referral growth and admissions within an assigned territory by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners. Responsibilities include field-based prospecting, cold calling, networking, referral partner management, CRM activity tracking, meeting sales targets, attending community events, and coordinating with clinical and operational teams to support patient transitions.

Coordinate the employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first day. Serve as a primary contact for new hires, facilitate virtual orientation, manage background checks and employment documentation, support Form I-9 processes, maintain confidential HR records, and coordinate with hiring managers, IT, and internal teams. Identify process improvements while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant onboarding experiences.
