Leads Vital Voices’ global communications, public relations, brand, digital engagement, stakeholder engagement, and events strategy. Advises executives on messaging, media relations, reputation, and visibility; oversees storytelling, campaigns, newsletters, fundraising communications, and event engagement. Builds relationships with media and external stakeholders, manages internal communications, evaluates performance, and leads the Communications & Engagement team. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Manages the WomenLeaders India Fellowship from planning through delivery, evaluation, and reporting. Responsibilities include program implementation, curriculum and training facilitation, logistics, procurement, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising support, communications, stakeholder relationships, and team coordination. The role requires collaboration across U.S. and India-based teams, regular India time-zone availability, hybrid Washington, DC attendance, and up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Manages Vital Voices’ social media strategy and daily channel activity across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Creates and edits graphics, videos, photos, podcasts, website content, and marketing materials. Produces analytics reports, applies performance insights, manages creative equipment and archives, supports events and organizational communications, and collaborates across departments to amplify programs, partnerships, and women leaders.

Supports implementation of the WomenLeaders India Fellowship through program logistics, event and travel coordination, participant communications, recruitment support, data management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, finance and procurement administration, and digital platform support. The role coordinates with U.S. and India-based teams, participants, trainers, vendors, and internal departments. It is a hybrid Washington, DC position requiring India time-zone availability and potentially up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Leads the strategy, development, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership curricula. The role manages learning outcomes, quality assurance, facilitator preparation, curriculum adaptation, knowledge management, and research integration across global programs. It collaborates with program, impact measurement, communications, development, and external partners while ensuring learning experiences are evidence-based, culturally responsive, gender-responsive, and effective.
