Owns day-to-day operations for The Mothers' Call Phase 2, managing workplans, milestones, vendors, coalition partners, multilingual materials, reporting, leadership support, and international events. The role coordinates stakeholders across the United States, Europe, and the West Asian region, maintains monitoring and evaluation systems, supports advocacy and policy outputs, and flags risks and timeline delays. The position is based in Washington, DC, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Leads the strategy, development, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership curricula. The role manages learning outcomes, quality assurance, facilitator preparation, curriculum adaptation, knowledge management, and research integration across global programs. It collaborates with program, impact measurement, communications, development, and external partners while ensuring learning experiences are evidence-based, culturally responsive, gender-responsive, and effective.
