Leads Vital Voices headquarters event strategy, planning, execution, and operations across conferences, convenings, launches, ceremonies, and multimedia programming. Manages event systems, playbooks, budgets, contracts, vendors, venue rentals, revenue tracking, and stakeholder experiences. Partners across teams to support organizational priorities, leadership development, and global programming. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC, requires regular in-person attendance including some evenings and weekends, and may involve up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Leads Vital Voices’ global communications, public relations, brand, digital engagement, stakeholder engagement, and events strategy. Advises executives on messaging, media relations, reputation, and visibility; oversees storytelling, campaigns, newsletters, fundraising communications, and event engagement. Builds relationships with media and external stakeholders, manages internal communications, evaluates performance, and leads the Communications & Engagement team. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Manages the WomenLeaders India Fellowship from planning through delivery, evaluation, and reporting. Responsibilities include program implementation, curriculum and training facilitation, logistics, procurement, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising support, communications, stakeholder relationships, and team coordination. The role requires collaboration across U.S. and India-based teams, regular India time-zone availability, hybrid Washington, DC attendance, and up to 30% domestic and international travel.
