Directs an in-house rehabilitation therapy team at a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center. Provides and oversees care for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, supports therapy programs including cognition, memory care, dysphagia, aphasia, and skilled maintenance, and contributes to interdisciplinary collaboration, quality care, staff development, and ongoing training.

Leads an in-house rehabilitation therapy team at a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center. Provides or oversees outpatient and rehabilitative services across orthopedic and neurological conditions, while developing programs in cognition, dining, balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance. Supports interdisciplinary care, team leadership, quality outcomes, training, and career development. The role may be filled by a PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP licensed in Texas.

Lead an in-house rehabilitation therapy team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. Oversee therapy programs, support quality patient and resident care, develop long-term care and functional maintenance initiatives, and provide leadership and professional development for therapists. Candidates must hold a Texas therapy license and be qualified as a PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP.
