Lead and manage an in-house therapy team (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP) in a skilled nursing/post-acute facility. Oversee clinical programs (orthopedic, neurological, cognition, balance, wound care, return-to-home), staff development, training, and quality of care while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and growth opportunities.

Lead and manage the in-house therapy team, oversee rehabilitation programs for orthopedic and neurological patients, develop cognition/memory care and return-to-home programs, provide staff training and career development, and ensure high-quality interdisciplinary patient care.

The Director of Rehabilitation leads the therapy team, delivers patient care, develops therapy programs, and offers training and career development opportunities.
