In-house Therapy Team!AVIR AT COMMERCE, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an RPT/PTA/OTR/OTA/SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care, dysphagia, aphasia, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
