Lead trade promotion management for assigned customers: maintain Blacksmith TPM/TPO, guide sales on promo planning and forecasting, run monthly trade reviews, ensure accurate accruals and deduction resolution, produce Power BI and Excel trade reporting, support annual revenue and trade planning, and maintain system integrity across ERP and TPM systems.

Own regional demand planning for multiple regions, producing an unbiased 18-month revenue and shipment forecast. Lead demand reviews with sales, analyze historical and consumption data, monitor forecast accuracy, and improve forecasting tools, reports, and dashboards to support cross-functional decision-making.

Lead cross-functional strategic projects, analyze internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate findings to senior leaders. Scope and manage project plans, drive change, and improve ways of working while leveraging agentic AI, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver actionable insights and business performance improvements.
