Leads corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, KPI development, and strategic business partnering. Advises senior leadership, supports strategic initiatives and acquisitions, presents insights to stakeholders and the board, and builds and develops a high-performing FP&A team. The role also drives process improvements, system automation, and alignment across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other functions.

Leads production crew workflow on 12-hour shifts, assigns responsibilities, sets objectives, coaches operators, evaluates performance, and supports production goals. Ensures personnel safety, food safety, quality procedures, and equipment operations are followed. Drives waste reduction and continuous improvement, makes time-sensitive decisions, conducts direction-setting meetings, and communicates production issues to supervisors. Requires hands-on line experience, basic math, equipment knowledge, leadership ability, and physical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds.
