Manage a defined hyperscaler-focused account territory to generate pipeline, drive discovery-to-close opportunities (pilots/design-wins), align technical stakeholders, coordinate evaluations, and work cross-functionally on pricing, packaging, forecasting, and commercialization.

Provide hands-on technical support for hyperscaler evaluations of high-speed optical transceivers: set up Bay Area test lab, run interoperability and acceptance tests, diagnose BER/signal integrity/thermal issues, produce reports, and translate customer requirements into engineering feedback to enable evaluation-to-deployment success.

Design, develop, and implement PLC-based controls for PVD inline and cluster tools; integrate sensors, HMI/SCADA, motion and safety systems; troubleshoot remotely and onsite; collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams; document ladder logic, I/O maps, and safety protocols; support customer integrations and upgrades (~25% travel).
