Lead and manage complex projects across manufacturing, R&D, and product implementation. Develop project plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high quality.

Support planning, design, and launch of new production processes and equipment. Assist with CAD layouts, blueprints, flow analysis, equipment installation, time studies, SOPs, and lean initiatives while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations.

Source, screen, and engage candidates using job boards and social media; coordinate interviews and assessments; manage ATS records and recruitment metrics; partner with hiring managers; ensure candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.
