Direct and supervise engineering staff at mine sites to support mining operations through civil design, reclamation, construction, dewatering, utility relocation, environmental compliance, and budgeting for capital and O&M projects. Manage contractors, cost control, scheduling, project documentation, regulatory negotiations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead employee relations by investigating complaints, advising leadership, ensuring legal compliance, delivering ER training, supporting labor litigation and severance programs, preparing ER metrics, and developing HR policies to improve engagement and culture.

Lead and oversee major nuclear plant modification projects to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency. Manage multi-discipline teams and contractors, control scope, budget, schedule, and quality per PMBOK and INPO standards, provide status updates, and participate in industry project management forums.
