Processes weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including timekeeping, deductions, adjustments, balancing, audits, reporting, and year-end W-2 activities. Provides Tier 2 employee support, responds to payroll inquiries, supports Workday testing, and ensures timely, accurate payroll completion during holidays or emergency situations.

Leads billing exception management by analyzing SAP transaction and billing errors, identifying root causes, resolving batch failures, and implementing corrective actions. Oversees exception specialists, supports incident resolution and special projects, performs billing adjustments and account setup, conducts UAT, reviews SAP functionality, and trains team members. Requires advanced Excel, database, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of revenue operations and energy markets preferred.

Leads enterprise application technology strategy, team management, process and tool development, governance, operational quality, compliance, and technology roadmaps. Oversees application management and integrations, partners across teams to align dependencies, and drives automation, adoption, efficiency, and cost reduction. Requires strong IT leadership, communication, prioritization, and experience with SQL, Python, APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint governance.
