Performs wholesale accounting activities, including settlement processing, data validation, dispute resolution, invoicing, reconciliation, revenue and cost recognition, and financial reporting. Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring compliance with accounting controls and governance requirements. Analyzes data, identifies process improvements, participates in cross-functional initiatives, and mentors junior team members. The role requires collaboration across Vistra’s energy portfolio and contributes insights supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making.

Manages residential customer acquisition and retention budget, transaction, and marketing forecasts. Builds data models, simulations, dashboards, and campaign profitability analyses using Python, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Evaluates business cases through NPV, ROI, and customer lifetime value analysis, develops financial variance narratives, and presents channel performance insights to leadership. Partners cross-functionally with marketing and finance teams to optimize channel mix, spending, targets, and operational processes.

Plans and performs complex engineering work for a gas-fired combined-cycle power plant. Oversees design changes, conducts root cause analyses, supports major outages, maintains technical documentation, develops engineering budgets, provides fleetwide technical direction, reports to NERC, and promotes safety and environmental compliance. The role also leads projects and develops engineering staff.
