Oversee daily financial operations (payroll, invoicing, transactions), maintain accounting and reporting infrastructure, prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, perform financial modeling, data analysis and market research to support senior leadership, validate business plans, support corporate projects, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax/regulatory requirements.

Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, meeting scheduling, events, budgets, and administrative systems. Ensure health, safety, and security compliance, and support HR onboarding and internal communications to maintain a productive workplace.

Handle e-commerce customer enquiries for Singapore and Indonesia via CRM and inbound/outbound calls. Represent brands, resolve sales and logistics issues with internal teams, document interactions, and meet support KPIs in a fast-paced international environment.
