Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible, customer-service-oriented CSR to join our E-commerce Sales and Support Team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer support enquiries and working in a fast-paced environment with an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support to online customers through our CRM platform, specifically for Singapore and Indonesia.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, servicing customers.
- Representing our brands with high standards of communication and service.
- Coordinating sales and logistics issues with the logistics and product teams.
- Meet support KPIs.
