Manage outpatient clinic operations, staff supervision, scheduling, patient flow, compliance, reporting, equipment maintenance, and quality patient experiences. Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule clinical and support staff while ensuring adequate service coverage. Monitor clinic performance, appointment access, regulatory compliance, audits, and incident reporting. Collaborate with leadership and other clinic managers to support financial performance, productivity, policies, and continuous staff development.

Coordinate patient referrals and care navigation within the Dental Department, connecting patients, families, clinicians, and specialists. Verify insurance eligibility, manage referral paperwork, provide scheduling instructions, document communications, support healthcare program applications, integrate prevention and screening recalls into the electronic medical record, and assist with data collection, analysis, program implementation, and reporting.

Leads the Prevention and Advocacy Program, supervising staff and coordinating community health initiatives focused on substance-use prevention, health equity, and built-environment strategies. Manages projects, budgets, grants, reporting, evaluations, training, audits, and policy collaboration with community agencies and local government. Oversees program objectives, contract compliance, stakeholder engagement, and staff development while supporting grant writing, communications, and direct services.
