The Strategic Partnerships & Content Lead will assist the CEO by managing strategic initiatives, partnerships, and high-quality content creation to amplify the CEO's voice.

Own and scale on-site fulfillment and logistics for Visit.org: manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, vendor relations, team supervision, KPI optimization, SOP development, budget control, and heavy palletized logistics to support global social impact events.

The Jr. Account Executive will build relationships with enterprise clients, manage sales processes, and drive customer engagement and retention. Responsibilities include lead prospecting, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the Customer Success team.

Manage a portfolio of corporate partners to drive service utilization, maximize participation, ensure contract-level quality, advise on social impact, support renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance product and service delivery. Act as main contact and trusted advisor to sustain retention and growth.

Create high-quality content across emails, social, blogs, sales decks, case studies, video scripts, and reports. Own partner newsletters, website messaging, and SEO optimization. Translate product and impact data into clear stories, maintain brand voice, manage editorial calendars, collaborate with design/marketing/sales/product, and use analytics to refine strategy and improve engagement and conversion.
