Teams at Visit.org

Own end-to-end warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, vendor, safety, and staffing operations. Build SOPs, lead ramp-up, manage daily priorities, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate carriers and suppliers, and improve operational KPIs. The role works directly on the warehouse floor, supervises staff, manages budgets and capacity, and supports event supply fulfillment. It is based on-site in Northvale, New Jersey, with travel of up to 25%.

Leads global end-to-end logistics and supply chain strategy across procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, international distribution, customs, 3PLs, vendors, and e-commerce operations. Owns logistics budgets, cost modeling, systems enablement, process governance, risk planning, sustainability, and performance metrics. Builds global teams and organizational capabilities while partnering cross-functionally on international expansion, warehouse operations, order orchestration, and scalable delivery execution.

Lead Visit.org's visual identity and creative output across digital, video, events, and campaigns. Develop concepts, design assets, own event branding, edit video/motion, refine copy, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement AI-powered workflows while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
