Designs, manages, and delivers creator and partner programs aligned with Creators HQ goals. Responsibilities include developing program frameworks, schedules, content, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing stakeholders and budgets; tracking KPIs; reporting outcomes; and identifying opportunities for program innovation and growth.

Manage end-to-end physical production for media projects: budgeting, scheduling, staffing, contracts, invoicing, vendor management, and post-production deliverables while maintaining cost control and operational compliance.

Provide day-to-day support to a Track Producer for a Summit: manage speaker communication, collect materials, coordinate travel and visas, maintain tracking documents, assist session planning and on-site logistics, and keep stakeholders updated.
