Provide day-to-day support to a Track Producer for a Summit: manage speaker communication, collect materials, coordinate travel and visas, maintain tracking documents, assist session planning and on-site logistics, and keep stakeholders updated. Acts as main contact for assigned speakers and supports cross-team coordination and on-site operations.

Manage end-to-end physical production for media projects: budgeting, scheduling, staffing, contracts, invoicing, vendor management, and post-production deliverables while maintaining cost control and operational compliance.

Develop, manage, and optimize digital learning experiences across LMS, websites, mobile apps, and digital tools. Design e-learning content, administer LMS, manage website and app content, coordinate digital tool integrations, produce multimedia, analyze learner metrics, ensure quality, accessibility, and compliance, and generate reports to improve engagement and performance.

Own client relationships for assigned accounts, coordinate podcast production and sponsorships, manage budgets and approvals, ensure timely delivery of assets, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
