Supports finance reporting across multiple entities by extracting and reconciling data, building dashboards, automating reports, analyzing budgets and financial performance, identifying anomalies, and preparing management and audit reporting. Maintains financial models, supports month-end close and controls, and provides analysis of revenue, profitability, costs, cash flow, receivables, and payables.

Develops and executes communication strategies, creates content for digital and traditional channels, manages media relations, coordinates events, supports crisis communications, engages stakeholders, and evaluates communication effectiveness. The role promotes organizational objectives and public image through consistent internal and external messaging.

Manage accounts payable for assigned entities and projects, including invoice verification, payment processing, supplier reconciliations, VAT compliance, ageing monitoring, subledger and general ledger reconciliation, month-end close support, audit documentation, and resolving vendor discrepancies. Write, edit, and refine Arabic scripts for social media across multiple formats and platforms. Translate complex topics into accessible, engaging narratives while maintaining editorial accuracy, cultural relevance, strong grammar, and storytelling quality. Collaborate with content and production teams to align scripts with editorial and brand strategy. The role requires journalism or media education, at least five years in major media organizations or newsrooms, and two years of professional experience in Dubai.

Supports financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, statutory audits, reconciliations, IFRS compliance, consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax requirements, and internal controls across multiple Group entities. Reviews accounting work, investigates variances, coordinates with auditors and operational teams, and improves Oracle Fusion reporting and closing processes.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: publish vacancies, screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, maintain the ATS and interview tracker, prepare onboarding documents, manage UAE national candidate communications, support employer branding events, and produce recruitment reports and metrics while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Translate client requests into briefs, timelines, requirements, testing plans, and follow-ups. Manage website updates, digital tools, data systems, campaign execution, approvals, and quality reviews. The role requires Arabic and English fluency, strong organization, client service, vendor management, and independent problem-solving.

Design and animate motion graphics, visual effects, typography, storyboards, and animatics for video, digital campaigns, and broadcast content. Collaborate with editors, producers, and designers to create cohesive visual materials, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain design standards. Stay current with motion design trends, software updates, and animation techniques.

Designs, manages, and delivers creator and partner programs aligned with Creators HQ goals. Responsibilities include developing program frameworks, schedules, content, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing stakeholders and budgets; tracking KPIs; reporting outcomes; and identifying opportunities for program innovation and growth.

Manage end-to-end physical production for media projects: budgeting, scheduling, staffing, contracts, invoicing, vendor management, and post-production deliverables while maintaining cost control and operational compliance.

Provide day-to-day support to a Track Producer for a Summit: manage speaker communication, collect materials, coordinate travel and visas, maintain tracking documents, assist session planning and on-site logistics, and keep stakeholders updated.
