Lead functional design and business analysis for a statewide HCBS case management implementation on the Tyler/entellitrak platform. Translate HCBS policy into prioritized Agile backlog and end-to-end workflows across intake, eligibility, PCSP, authorization, service delivery, billing/claims, and reporting. Lead JAD sessions, produce Agile artifacts, ensure requirements traceability, and support UAT for billing/claims.

Deliver software testing, test automation, and performance testing solutions using Tricentis tools (Tosca, NeoLoad, qTest). Must hold Tricentis tool certifications for customer delivery; employer may fund Tricentis Academy training/certification for qualified candidates.

Lead and manage large, complex technology projects (>$1M), including AI/ML and data analytics initiatives. Oversee cross-functional teams, multiple concurrent projects, and project delivery using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall. Manage cloud-based work, ensure data governance, security, and compliance, and review/create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API manuals.
