Lead functional Accela implementations for public sector clients: align people, processes, and technology; apply COTS Agile approaches; communicate findings; interrogate and reconcile complex or inconsistent information during system integration.

Remote Business Analyst for public sector pension projects. Analyze complex pension data, identify root causes, write specifications and defect reports, use SQL and Excel, communicate with stakeholders. Accounting/reconciliation and integration troubleshooting experience are pluses.

Develop, support, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP systems and integrations with internal and external County systems. Build reports, queries, and workflows; analyze defects and performance; participate in upgrades. Document business processes and requirements, write technical design and support documentation, perform database design and procedure development using Oracle DB, and support change control methodology.

Configure and develop Accela solutions, write basic scripts, participate in scrum teams, unit test code, fix defects, analyze business requirements, document designs, and implement enterprise software components.

Work with customers to discover high-value AI use cases, design and prototype LLM- and agent-based solutions, build demos and pilots, and support transition to production. Provide technical architecture, documentation, training, governance guidance, and hands-on implementation support across integrations, automation, and evaluation to enable secure, explainable, and measurable AI adoption.

Develop and configure MicroPact Versa COTS solutions for regulatory/licensing use. Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, refine backlogs, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and deliver solutions aligning processes and technology. Remote role.

Drive strategic sales into state and local government: develop territory plans, generate leads, engage C-level stakeholders, lead proposal and capture process, partner with solution providers, manage pipeline in SFDC, meet/exceed quota, represent VIP at events, and expand services into new geographies.

Perform financial analyses for IT, develop Total Cost of Ownership and forecasting models, and recommend financial strategies. Support IT operations/governance, integrate financial checkpoints into governance, and apply Agile delivery principles to align services and outcomes.

Manage and analyze complex IT project schedules for large programs. Act as Master/Lead Scheduler, level resources across 200+ resource projects, identify constraints, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
