Coordinates proposal schedules, requirements, resources, reviews, communications, and deliverables; analyzes RFP terms and conditions; manages approvals, contract documentation, archiving, and award tracking. Establishes and improves proposal workflows, monitors win-rate trends, and facilitates collaboration across internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Lead implementation and ongoing delivery of a Tyler entellitrak-based Medicaid and HCBS solution. Responsibilities include managing project plans, staffing, risks, dependencies, data conversion, integrations, testing, training, CMS certification, security requirements, stakeholder coordination, reporting, go-live readiness, and transition to operations.
