Provide clinical support, training, technical guidance, product demonstrations, workflow documentation, and testing for Vision RT radiotherapy systems across EMEA. The role supports customer adoption, sales teams, distributors, conferences, software releases, and R&D feedback while requiring substantial travel across UK customer sites.

Lead regulatory affairs and quality management for Vision RT Shanghai, including Class III medical device registrations, NMPA liaison, post-market surveillance, adverse event and field action reporting, audits, licensing, and QMS compliance. The role serves as the Shanghai quality representative and requires fluent Mandarin, strong English, ISO 13485 and NMPA expertise, plus China and international travel.

Manage a well-established territory across IL, IN, WI, and IA to drive upgrade and new capital equipment sales of SGRT systems. Build and maintain customer relationships, develop strategic territory plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, attend industry meetings, and travel up to 50% to achieve profitable sales growth and account objectives.

Lead corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two compliance and reporting. Manage tax returns, provisions, HMRC interactions, external advisers, transfer pricing documentation, and Pillar Two modelling. Deliver tax training, strengthen controls, and drive tax planning and process improvements across the finance team.

Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple international subsidiaries, perform month-end tasks (revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments), reconciliations, VAT/GST returns, financial analysis and commentary, support year-end and audits, improve processes, and mentor junior staff while partnering with stakeholders.
