Design and implement automation strategy, develop and execute automated tests (including Salesforce test automation), report results, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery across business and technology initiatives.

Lead corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two compliance and reporting. Manage tax returns, provisions, HMRC interactions, external advisers, transfer pricing documentation, and Pillar Two modelling. Deliver tax training, strengthen controls, and drive tax planning and process improvements across the finance team.

Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple international subsidiaries, perform month-end tasks (revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments), reconciliations, VAT/GST returns, financial analysis and commentary, support year-end and audits, improve processes, and mentor junior staff while partnering with stakeholders.
