Conducts internal audits of banking and corporate functions, including risk assessments, audit planning, operational, financial, and compliance engagements. Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, testing controls, documenting findings, preparing reports, communicating results to management and the Audit Committee, monitoring corrective action plans, and supporting quality assurance activities.

Develop and manage business relationships to drive commercial deposit growth, treasury management adoption, fee income, and lending opportunities. Prospect, maintain a sales pipeline, recommend banking solutions, coordinate internal partners, and represent the bank in community and referral networks while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.
