Direct operational excellence across the bank through process improvement, workflow optimization, policy and procedure governance, operational risk management, change management, and operational readiness. Leads process reviews, testing, implementation support, process mapping, continuous improvement, automation opportunities, policy administration, compliance testing, and risk escalation while partnering with executives, department leaders, project managers, and vendors.

Supports marketing campaigns, conducts market research, analyzes data, helps develop marketing strategies, creates social media, email, and blog content, and monitors campaign effectiveness. Participates in team meetings and brainstorming while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment.

Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing credit data and financial statements, verifying income/employment, reviewing credit reports and FICO scores, producing financial ratios and reports, recommending loan approvals/denials, setting loan terms, identifying delinquent accounts, and resolving customer issues.

Monitor account activity and transaction reports for BSA/AML and OFAC compliance. Perform reviews and testing of internal controls, prepare CTRs and SARs, maintain vendor and CTR-exemption documentation, support regulatory exams, and coordinate risk identification and mitigation with colleagues.

Develop and manage business relationships to drive commercial deposit growth, treasury management adoption, fee income, and lending opportunities. Prospect, maintain a sales pipeline, recommend banking solutions, coordinate internal partners, and represent the bank in community and referral networks while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

Support collateral perfection for consumer and commercial loans by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining loan and collateral documents (mortgages, titles, liens). Ensure compliance with bank, state, and federal regulations, process payoffs, release collateral on paid notes, maintain ticklers, and protect the bank's loan assets.
