Leads process reviews, testing, implementation support, process mapping, continuous improvement, automation opportunities, policy administration, compliance testing, and risk escalation while partnering with executives, department leaders, project managers, and vendors.

Supports marketing campaigns, conducts market research, analyzes data, helps develop marketing strategies, creates social media, email, and blog content, and monitors campaign effectiveness. Participates in team meetings and brainstorming while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment.

Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing credit data and financial statements, verifying income/employment, reviewing credit reports and FICO scores, producing financial ratios and reports, recommending loan approvals/denials, setting loan terms, identifying delinquent accounts, and resolving customer issues.
