Develop, train, validate, and deploy ML and GenAI models and applications (chatbots, RAG, copilots). Build MLOps pipelines, automate AI infrastructure across cloud providers, and implement monitoring, governance, and responsible-AI practices. Collaborate with platform, data, and business teams; write maintainable code and documentation; participate in Agile delivery.

Maintain and improve wafer-fab equipment performance and throughput, support production planning and EHS, train equipment technicians, manage spare parts and costs, evaluate new equipment, drive cost reduction and automation, and support new projects with equipment, R&D and process teams.

Design, build, and deploy ML and GenAI solutions across the model lifecycle. Develop LLM-powered apps, implement RAG and prompt engineering, maintain MLOps pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, monitor models for drift, and support governance, documentation, and cross-team integration.
