Manage supply planning using forecasts, orders and production data; analyze KPIs and detect deviations; develop supplier forecasts and logistics; plan monthly/weekly and day-to-day production schedules; perform load balancing and material availability checks; initiate procurement and release production/transportation orders; collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Plant/Warehouse management to improve processes.

Develop and supervise semiconductor package research and development projects. Responsibilities include assessing final-test risk checklists, reviewing handler conversion-kit designs, conducting equipment buyoffs, creating test programs and methods, coordinating final testing, analyzing results, adjusting test limits, and preparing engineering documentation for new product releases. The role also supports cost reduction, manufacturability, quality improvement, intellectual property protection, and technology transfer.

Owns Tianjin back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes, including documentation, production sustaining, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, cost reduction, yield and quality improvement. Coordinates engineering projects across functions, supports manufacturing process systems, and trains and certifies operators. Requires an engineering, semiconductor physics, or electronics degree, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, quality-tool expertise, bilingual English and Mandarin communication, and project coordination skills.
