Lead and manage ambulatory specialty pharmacy operations across multiple locations, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, accreditation, and program growth. Oversee staffing, training, budgets, P&L, policy development, medication access, billing/reimbursement, and partnerships with internal teams and health system leadership. Serve as operational advisor for expansion, contracting, and payer network participation while implementing quality improvement and performance initiatives.

Lead development and expansion of strategic client partnerships with health systems by leveraging executive relationships, driving targeted lead generation, shaping pricing/packaging, supporting pursuits, maintaining CRM and forecasts, and representing Visante at industry events to achieve growth targets.

Design and commercialize scalable, margin-positive consulting and managed services solutions for health-system pharmacy. Lead end-to-end solution architecture, create reusable playbooks and pricing models, align cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, enable/train internal teams, and validate financial and staffing assumptions to support deal decisions and continuous improvement.
