Represent the company at conferences.

Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking cloud and infrastructure partners across DACH/Europe. Drive partner adoption, retention, upsell, renewals, and forecasting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run QBRs, monitor partner health, resolve escalations, and feed structured feedback into Product and Marketing. Maintain account plans and Salesforce records.

Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking cloud and hosting partners across DACH/Europe. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, QBRs, forecasting in Salesforce, coordinate cross-functional support, and surface partner feedback to Product and Marketing.

Hunt net-new service-provider customers across the UK and Nordics via distributors, MSPs, CSPs and resellers. Build and execute channel-led sales plans, generate new logos, manage opportunities from qualification through technical validation and closure, develop partner co-selling, create regional market visibility, represent the company at events, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead Power BI strategy and rollout; design, build, and maintain dashboards for SaaS KPIs (MRR, churn, CAC); integrate Salesforce, ERP, and SQL Server; develop scalable DAX/Power Query data models; train users; enforce data governance and compliance; manage end-to-end Power BI projects and optimize performance.

Lead the Power BI strategy and rollout, build and optimize SaaS KPI dashboards (MRR, churn, CAC), integrate data from Salesforce, SQL/ERP and subscription platforms, develop scalable data models (DAX/Power Query), enable self-service analytics via training, define governance and compliance, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.
