Hunt net-new service-provider customers across the UK and Nordics via distributors, MSPs, CSPs and resellers. Build and execute channel-led sales plans, generate new logos, manage opportunities from qualification through technical validation and closure, develop partner co-selling, create regional market visibility, represent the company at events, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead channel-driven growth across UK, Ireland and the Nordics by building territory strategy, recruiting and enabling partners, generating pipeline, engaging executives, and driving partner-led opportunity closure to meet revenue and new-logo targets.

Work on core Linux kernel subsystems (memory, scheduling, networking, filesystems) to improve container isolation and scalability. Optimize resource usage across large-scale VMs/containers, debug kernel issues with tracing tools, collaborate with upstream maintainers, and represent the company at open-source conferences.
