Lead the organization-wide Power BI strategy, developing scalable dashboards, data models, integrations, and governance practices. Analyze SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, CAC, and retention; optimize reporting performance; manage analytics projects; and train business users in self-service analytics. Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product to deliver actionable insights and improve data-driven decision-making.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Virtuozzo's virtualization, cloud management, and infrastructure solutions. Engage customers and stakeholders, perform market/competitive analysis, define pricing and value propositions, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to launch features and integrations, and drive measurable outcomes for CSP/MSP/SME customers.

Work on core Linux kernel subsystems (memory, scheduling, networking, filesystems), improve container isolation and scalability, optimize resource usage for large virtual environments, debug with kernel tooling, and collaborate with upstream maintainers and the open-source community. Represent the company at conferences.
