Design, execute, and automate test plans for product features and backend systems. Perform model evaluations and red-teaming for AI security, build system-level tests for APIs and data pipelines, optimize CI/CD and testing infrastructure, and collaborate with backend, ML, infra teams and customers to align testing with product needs.

Own and operate Virtue AI's production AI infrastructure: design deployment workflows and IaC, package containerized services, build CI/CD (GitHub Actions), serve and optimize LLM inference pipelines, implement observability and secure networking, and collaborate with product teams to ensure reliable, scalable production systems.

Design and refine enterprise-facing decks for sales, investors, and executives. Translate technical content into clear diagrams and visuals, tailor narratives to different buyer personas, maintain brand templates, iterate with leadership, and help evolve the companys presentation framework.

Lead the build-out of in-house accounting: migrate from QuickBooks/Pilot to an ERP, own full-cycle accounting, O2C, payroll, collections, GAAP processes, internal controls, audit readiness, and act as strategic financial partner to leadership.

Embed with customers to deploy and integrate an AI security platform: lead solution architecture and demos, execute proofs-of-concept, manage IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), package containerized deployments (Docker/Helm), build CI/CD (GitHub Actions), implement observability (Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus) and secure networking (VPCs, IAM, private endpoints). Provide technical pre-sales support and feedback to shape product roadmap.

Own full-cycle recruiting and manage agency relationships; coordinate interviews and candidate communications; design onboarding and maintain employee records; plan engagement events and handle employee relations; support payroll, benefits, compensation, office operations; manage work authorization and immigration processes with attorneys.
