Design, automate, and secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using RHEL, Ansible, Bash, and Python. Integrate automated security testing (SAST/DAST/container scanning), manage Red Hat systems, and support secure deployments in a regulated environment with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Coordinate engineers, vendors, clients, and internal teams; maintain schedules, budgets, documentation, and change orders; monitor risks, scope, profitability, and resource conflicts; provide client status updates; procure technology; and ensure smooth handoffs to managed services and support teams.

Lead enterprise DNS architecture and mission-critical network operations in classified environments. Manage and troubleshoot BGP routing and large-scale infrastructure, design secure cloud (AWS/Azure/hybrid) networking integration with on-premise classified networks, ensure high-availability and zero-downtime operations, and serve as technical escalation for severe outages and incidents.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic IT and MSP accounts through retention, cross-selling, upselling, recurring-revenue expansion, renewals, executive engagement, and account planning. Build stakeholder and whitespace maps, lead executive QBRs, forecast pipeline, identify churn risks, and coordinate Service Delivery, Operations, Product, Finance, and Support teams. Translate technical outcomes into business value for executive clients.

Design, code, test, debug, and document complex operating software. Maintain and modify enterprise applications using vendor utilities and engineering releases. Support large telecommunications networks, handle OS-level file maintenance and accounting, and maintain advanced mathematical/scientific software packages. Evaluate new/existing software products and assist across systems programming phases.

Senior-level application programmer responsible for analyzing design specs, creating diagrams and logic flow, coding, testing, debugging, and refining software. Enhance existing systems for efficiency, prepare documentation, devise procedures to solve complex problems, and provide technical direction to other programmers to meet deadlines.
