Qualify inbound leads and prospect outbound accounts for the Account Executive team. Research utility-industry prospects, run multi-channel outreach, maintain CRM records, support marketing events, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build pipeline for a B2B SaaS company focused on DERs and decarbonization.

Act as frontline liaison to utility clients: cultivate and expand relationships, oversee program rollouts, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve client support processes, prioritize and manage client issues, and contribute to growth strategy, client satisfaction metrics, and contract expansion.

The Client Success Manager will foster client relationships, coordinate project execution, manage inquiries, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.
