Lead and improve quality across BPO operations by developing QA frameworks, monitoring customer interactions, tracking key metrics (CSAT, NPS, FCR, compliance), driving CAPA and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/COPC), mentoring quality teams, preparing reports, and partnering with operations, training, WFM and clients to meet SLAs and enhance customer experience.

Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain services, handle objections, build and maintain customer relationships, update CRM, and meet daily call and monthly sales targets.

Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Core. Responsibilities include designing APIs, working with MongoDB, and collaborating in Agile teams.
