Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care including general and high-risk obstetrics, robotic and advanced laparoscopic surgery, operative hysteroscopy, gynecologic urology, menopause and breast health management, prenatal screening and 4-D ultrasound, HPV vaccination, management of abnormal pap smears, and participation in clinical trials. Position is full-time, primarily based in Linwood with occasional floating to nearby offices.

Provide nutrition assessment, education, counseling, and documentation; determine nutrition therapy; collaborate with medical team; attend rounds; serve as a nutrition resource for healthcare staff.

Provide contract administration and procurement support: review and negotiate contracts, coordinate with legal, obtain vendor documentation, prepare and upload final contract packages, process purchase orders, maintain contract files, and deliver internal customer service for sourcing and contracting activities.

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including general and high-risk obstetrics, operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, menopause and breast health, first-trimester genetic screening, management of abnormal pap smears, sexual dysfunction care, HPV vaccination, and optional robotic surgery. Primarily based in Cherry Hill with occasional coverage at nearby offices.

Assess patients' nutrition status, provide education and counseling, determine nutrition therapy, and document care per policies and regulations. Collaborate with medical team, attend unit rounds, and serve as a nutrition resource for staff.

Coordinate transitions of care from acute to post-acute and community settings; schedule follow-up appointments; arrange DME and transportation; obtain post-acute insurance authorizations; document interactions in EPIC; perform data entry and reporting; outreach to physicians and providers; follow-up with patients and collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes.

Negotiate, manage, and execute supply contracts, service agreements, and purchases across multiple facilities. Lead bid processes, implement contract configuration changes, perform market research, drive utilization improvements and cost savings, manage vendor relationships and performance reviews, and resolve invoice discrepancies and accruals while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Provide full-time laborist OB/GYN hospitalist care across Virtua campuses, partnering with residents, midwives, and nursing staff to manage labor and deliveries (including operative deliveries when needed), participate in committees, and support high-quality, safe perinatal care on scheduled 12- and 24-hour shifts.

Provide direct antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care. Perform assessments, implement and document care plans, monitor interventions, educate families, assist with lactation and discharge planning, maintain supplies/equipment, complete registry data, participate in orientation, quality improvement, drills, and team meetings, and support Birth Center operations and patient coordination.

Provide diagnostic radiologic imaging by administering ionizing radiation, following ALARA and radiologist protocols. Operate radiographic equipment and hospital imaging systems, evaluate and document image quality, verify orders and patient information, and assist in training staff and students while adhering to Virtua policies and safety standards.

Provide on-site instruction to students, parents, and community using required curriculum; observe practice, give feedback, test competency, provide remediation, and help develop and evaluate educational programs and materials.

Lead and mentor a team supporting clinical and revenue-cycle applications (Epic ClinDoc Stork). Document workflows, define system scope, design/build/configure and test functionality, manage vendor relations, oversee ServiceNow ticket queues, ensure compliance with HIPAA/cybersecurity, and provide on-call support and project leadership for medium-to-large system initiatives.

Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and documentation during interfacility patient transports. Serve as crew leader on multidisciplinary teams, manage rapidly changing situations, maintain SCTU vehicle and equipment readiness, and adhere to patient safety and quality assurance protocols.

Provide continuous one-to-one observation of assigned patients to ensure safety, deliver restraint care, monitor and report status changes to the RN, support the healthcare team, and assist with orientation. Maintain professional ethics and perform other assigned duties.

Provide high-quality 911 emergency and non-emergency interfacility transport, assess and treat patients per state EMS protocols, operate ambulances safely, maintain equipment readiness and documentation, decontaminate vehicles, and support training and onboarding of staff to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Provide pharmaceutical care including dispensing medications, reviewing orders for therapeutic rationale and safety, preparing IV sterile products, delivering clinical pharmacy services, supervising pharmacy operations and support staff, and offering medication information to patients and healthcare professionals while complying with federal, state, and JCAHO regulations.

Lead Medicare and NJ state reimbursement activities, prepare and submit annual cost reports, coordinate government audits, analyze regulatory impacts, provide reporting and strategic guidance, and manage reimbursement systems and staff.

Prepare monthly and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements and supplemental schedules. Perform financial analyses (budget, revenue by payer, expenses, cash, balance sheet), support regulatory reporting and audits, assist senior finance staff on projects, provide analysis to operational leaders, and collaborate to create best-practice financial documentation.

Performs front-desk medical office duties including answering phones, scheduling and registering patients, verifying insurance, entering billing data, collecting co-pays, preparing referrals and pre-certifications, and may train or mentor other office assistants.

Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography studies in a mixed inpatient/outpatient practice. Collaborate with referring physicians, participate in multidisciplinary conferences and shared call, and support departmental quality and performance initiatives. Remote and on-site work options with flexible schedule and limited weekend coverage.
